Our manufacturing client is seeking a dynamic EHS Director to lead their EHS initiatives in Janesville, WI. This full-time, on-site role offers the chance to drive significant improvements in safety and environmental performance. With relocation assistance available within the US, this is a chance to advance your career in a challenging and rewarding environment. This position is part of a larger, nationwide recruitment effort for over 50 EHS roles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be a 'boots on the ground" partner leadership team member and serve as SME regarding interpretation and application of federal, state and local EHS regulations.
- Establish and implement EHS goals and strategies.
- Design and lead employee training programs regarding EHS behaviors and compliance.
Requirements:
- Unrestricted authorization to work for any employer in the United States.
- Ability to commute or relocate to Janesville, WI on a daily basis.
- Bachelor's Degree in EHS, Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related discipline.
- 10+ years of EHS management experience.
