  • Food Safety and Quality Supervisor in Twin Falls, ID, Job 1783 
    We are recruiting for a full-time position as an employee of our food processing client in the Twin Falls, ID area. The position requires commuting to the Twin Falls, ID area, however, relocation assistance within the US is available. This is one of over 50 current EHS positions being recruited for nationwide. 

    What you will be doing:
    Reporting to the plant manager You will make sure all quality goals in the factory are met, including regional and global ones. You will manage your department's budget to reduce losses. With your team, you will regularly check progress and plan actions to meet targets. You will also ensure all products follow laws, food safety standards, and consumer requirements, and handle any crises to protect the company's image.
    As a leader, you will manage hiring and the team structure to ensure enough resources to meet plant goals. You will set and review performance goals and provide coaching and mentorship to your team members.

    The minimum requirements for the position are:     Ability to commute, or relocate, to Twin Falls, ID on a daily basis. 
  • Authorization to work for any employer in the United States. 
  • Five or more years of FSQA management experience. 
  • Demonstrated success in TPM methods
