We will assist our Client in establishing a job description, if one does not exist or, if a description already exists, provide suggested changes based upon our industry expertise.

We will create an Advertising plan on multiple platforms including, but not limited to, Consentium Search’s website, Industry Specific job Boards and focused EHS groups and organizations. This advertising will be in addition to Consentium Search’s extensive network and its long-standing relationships with and internal database of over 70,000 EHS professionals.

Our name, Consentium Search, is rooted in Roman mythology. The Porticus Deorum Consentium was the meeting place of the 12 major Gods, Jupiter, Juno, Neptune, Minerva, Apollo, Diana, Mars, Venus, Vulcan, Vesta, Mercury and Ceres. Six males and six females for balance. Major decisions concerning the fate of humans were reached only by consensus of the twelve. In accordance with this philosophy of consensus building, Consentium Search strives to assure that all parties, directly and indirectly, involved in the hiring process are in alignment.
