Our client, Wood Technologies International (WTI), seeks an executive to lead the development of its’ Health, Safety & Environment strategy, implement key actions required, and to lead the HSE function. This is a new position and reflects the growing size and complexity of WTI’s operations. The position will report directly to the CEO and will manage a team of administrative and field-based safety & environmental professionals.

This is a full-time position as an employee of our client and REQUIRES commuting to or living in the Ridgefield, WA area. This is position CANNOT be worked from a remote setting; HOWEVER, relocation assistance within the US is available.

Job Purpose:

This role will be responsible to lead WTI’s HSE function across all operations, globally. They will be responsible for coordinating development of policies and procedures to improve HSE performance, in addition to identifying and recommending appropriate resources to achieve WTI’s HSE goals. In partnership with WTI’s Operations leaders, they will collaborate on day to day and strategic HSE activities.
