A few weeks ago, we sent out an announcement about our presence at Safety 2020 in Orlando that included the opportunity to receive Free Expo Hall passes. With the conference now being moved to a virtual, digital platform, that only changes the HOW to attend, not the WHY or the WHAT.
First, we are working closely with ASSP to determine the best way to run the Career Center in this digital format.
Second, our concurrent session, “Communication, The Key to Unlocking Safety Success” will still be delivered in a pre-recorded format with access to the speaker following the official presentation time.
Third, we are waiting on details on how the virtual exhibit hall will work. The good news is, you can always visit Consentium Search free at Consentiumsearch.com
Fourth, NEW ! Earn over 4 times the CEUs – up to 6.5 total
Fifth, Interact with expert speakers in live Q&A sessions
Sixth, Meet virtually with exhibitors bringing the latest in safety innovation
The American Society of Safety Professionals’ (ASSP) announcement reads as follows:
As a leader in occupational safety and health, our top priority is the safety and health of our members and staff, instructors/speakers and attendees. Like everyone across the globe, we have been closely monitoring the progression of the COVID-19 pandemic.
Over that time, we have remained hopeful that we would be able to deliver our signature event live in Orlando in late June. Unfortunately, the progression of the pandemic made it clear that the most prudent course of action for the safety and health of everyone involved is to shift our in-person event to an online experience.
Safety 2020: Virtual will be presented on the same days, June 23 – 25, and will be a unique learning experience during extraordinary times. We have partnered with a best-in-class platform provider to develop a robust virtual conference and we are confident you will receive the high-quality professional content you expect from ASSP.
We appreciate your understanding and support during these challenging times. While we will miss being together in Orlando, we are excited to connect with you virtually. Thank you for all you are doing to support your workers, organizations and communities!
