1. 95% of our communication comes from how we sound and how we look rather than what we actually say.
2. Translate hazards to risk when speaking with business leaders.
3. The Rule of 7 for sales. Make 7 points of contact before you can expect a response. In other words, be persistent and don’t give up when trying to get your safety message across.
