Michele Mathews
Michele has over 20 years of progressive Human Resources Management, Safety Program Development, and Risk Mitigation experience spanning Construction, Education, Government, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Non-Profit, and Senior Living Industries. She has a passion for helping organizations and their staff thrive by bringing the Human aspect back to Human Resources and Safety.
She started Mathews’ HR & Safety Consulting Services in 2017, after having an increase of small and medium-sized business owners reaching out for guidance and assistance due to the recognition she was receiving regionally for her procedures and training,
Michele is an OSHA Authorized Trainer, as well as an American Red Cross Authorized Trainer, and has both the Professional Human Resources (PHR) and Society for Human Resources Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) designations. Michele also has an M.B.A. with an HR Concentration.
This program has been submitted for pre-approval for 1 PDC hour by SHRM and 1 GENERAL recertification credit hour toward aPHR™, aPHRi™, PHR®, PHRca®, SPHR®, GPHR®, PHRi™ and SPHRi™recertification through HR Certification Institute® (HRCI®).
